Well we "kicked the season off" today at Old Fashioned Days. It was a really fun gig to play, even though we made a few minor mistakes. I always feel so stupid when I make a mistake and I apologize. Everyone always tells me not to, but then I'm like "But didn't it sound really bad?!". Overall though, things went really well and the Elk Creek Township Historical Society seemed really happy with our performance, which is good. We had handbills to advertise our gig next weekend at the Brick House Coffee Shop next weekend. There were 62 of them and we managed to distribute them all, so hopefully that will generate some new "fans" for our group. : D In any event we had fun and the people listening seemed to have fun, so that's what counts.
